  are you selling patterns at the moment?    i have free patterns available in my ribblr and kofi! i already drew up drafts i plan to make on ribblr. as of right now, i will be selling my pdf's ONLY on Ko-fi.  are you selling plushies or customs?     i actually will be selling things now, so keep a look out for my etsy!  where are you getting your materials from/what yarn brand and size hooks are you using?   i get all my yarn and materials everywhere: from Joann's, Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Amazon, and Temu. right now, i'm deeply in love with "Big Twist" and "I Love This Yarn!" medium yarn brand (size 4). my hooks are from Temu, and I bought small and sharp curved scissors from Joann's and Hobby Lobby for felt. I usually use 3.0mm or 3.5mm hooks unless the yarn is thicker.  what apps do you use to take and edit your pictures?   i use my iPhone 12's camera, "back eraser" (free) to remove backgrounds, "instagram's layout app" (free) to neatly place tester appreciation photos, "procreate" (paid) to doodle on my photos, and "polarr" (paid) to edit my photos.  how do you cut felt so neatly and perfectly?   patience, time, and practice. it even helps to draw the felt shape with a pen and cut it out! i also have small curved scissors to help me cut out perfect circles like eyes and straight edged scissors to help me cut out straight lines like whiskers.  can i make something referenced by your work?   i strongly urge you to not do this to me or to other crochet artists! 3 reasons why this is VERY hurtful to your business and mine: 1) you could easily make yours cheaper and all in all; that's bad business on my part. 2) no one will recognize the uniqueness of the idea if it's constantly getting a makeover. you will NOT have your own style, and neither will i, because it's hard to determine the source. 3) do you not feel bad for the crochet artists that work really hard on their patterns, just for it to get inspired and taken from? if you have any god-forsaken morals left in you, i encourage you to make a pinterest board and create your own aesthetic and style for your business!

Note: Highly recommend that you buy my patterns from either Ribblr or Ko-fi (for PDF's) for cheaper prices! Etsy is pricy beacuse fees there are expensive but my physical plushies/keychains will also be there.I also took heavy inspiration from @melonpopco (IG) for this idea!

My Terms of Service!

  ✭ Prices and Orders:    
➵ Prices are subject to change based on client demand.
➵ I reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
➵ My social medias/main contacts: Instagram (@kc.ities) and Gmail ([email protected])  ✭ Process and Delivery:    
➵ Usually, this would take me a day if the customer provides me constant feedback on the process. However it may take up to 1-2 weeks. I will be constantly sending progress (Line Art, Base Colors, Rendering, Final Touches) pictures through the agreed media (I listed media where I am most active, preferably Instagram/Gmail) we message on which then you help me confirm whether it’s good to go or it needs a slight change. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will communicate any delays that may come up.
➵ The client agrees to maintain open and timely communication with the artist throughout the commission process.
➵ The client is welcome to ask for progress pictures themselves.
➵ Any changes or additional requests made after the commencement of the project may result in additional fees and an extension of the project timeline.
➵ Once the piece is finished, you will receive 3000x3000 of the finished pixel art through email.  ✭ Revisions:    
➵ You are entitled to 3 number of revisions (which is free) during the creation of the commissioned digital art piece. Excessive revisions or changes outside the initially agreed-upon scope may result in additional fees.
➵ ANY MAJOR REVISIONS will result in an extra +$5 charge during the final processes of the drawing (rendering/final touches), unless there is a misunderstanding on my part.
➵ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you previously have approved after you used up the 3 revisions, I will charge you +$5 for every extra change to be made.  ✭ Payment:    
➵ Payment for the commissioned pixelart is due in full (Which is recommended by Artistree) before I begin working on the commission.
➵ Currency accepted in USD will be accepted through PayPal.
➵ Do NOT send me any payment before I have confirmed your commission request and requested payment.  ✭ Cancellations/Refund Policy:    
➵ No refunds will be issued once I have commenced work on the commission.
➵ In the event that I am unable to fulfill the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
➵ If you want to cancel the commission before I have started working on the project, a full refund will be issued.
➵ If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money through Paypal myself.
➵ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you are not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal and Artistree with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.  ✭ Copyright/Ownership/Usage:      ☑ I, KC(@kc.ities):    
➵ I retain all copyrights over the artwork.
➵ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
➵ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of the terms.
➵ I reserve the right to display the commissioned work in their portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.  ☑ YOU (the customer/client/commissioner):    
➵ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
➵ Upon completion and full payment of the commissioned digital art piece, you will have full ownership and usage rights for personal and non-profit commercial purposes (e.g., business cards, marketing materials).
➵ DO NOT claim that you, the client, drew the commission! I put a lot of love and effort into the finished product.
➵ YOU cannot resell, redistribute, upload to POD-services, make prints from the commissioned piece. DO NOT alter/trace/edit the artwork for any purpose. Reproducing this artwork for commercial purposes is copyright infringement.
